13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
